Method Valve missing? (Exit Bag)

I bought this for Argon/Exit bag.

There is a valve "missing", The product description didnt say, that there is a valve included. Will gas flow out of the hole? (picture) Should I be worried? Or did they "closed" the hole already?

That is a pressure relief valve to prevent the regulator from exploding. It won't leak unless the pressure is too high.
