I already have a prescription for Olanzapine (as part of my medication plan, along with Fluoxetine) which is a second-generation antipsychotic.
Would this still work in place of antiemetics?
I also have some Alprazolam.
If it's not enough, would Dimenhydrinate be strong enough as an antiemetic, since it's OTC?

Olanzapine does double up as an antiemetic (good enough for chemo related nausea), while Dimenhydrinate is said to be for motion sickness.

Alprazolam can act as both a tranquiliser and an antiemetic, according to quick (and surprising) duckduckgo searches.
