Help Up to date weight chart for SN

I've read only two - PPH and Stan's practice. Not sure where you found the third one.

Please scroll to the 'dosage' and you will see numbers ranging from 15g to 35g. For people over 100kg, PPH suggests 35g, while Stan suggested 3 x 25g.

Depends per person, body, health etc..

I would just go by 20g, 25g, or what I will go for as I have ballooned since stopping work is 30g's

This one says 28 grs SN in to 56 water for my 120 kilos



This one says 30 grs SN in to 60 water




This one says just the SN g nothing for water and two different numbers .

So i have found 4 different suggestions for the SN.
Please some help here

i think stan means that they should drink 15 and have another 2 x 15 solutions already made incase they vomit the first 15 so they can drink the second and so on

For the "SN / Water Amount Lookup Table" threads, one has "draft" in the title, whereas the other, more recent, one has "v2" in the title.

True, Maalox works as antacid, as does a liquid antacid. Tramadol was used by a member on SS (Stan himself) as painkiller. If makes you nauseous, maybe use paracetamol or ibuprofen.

Correct SN dose for people under 60 kg according to Stan's guide is 3 x 15 g. According to PPH 20 g.

Where did you find the information about 20g? I've read the chapter of lethal salts in PPH 2020 and could only find 25g and 35g references.

As far as I know, SN FAQ only 'guessing' the amount recommended by PPH.

You are right, SN Faq guessed the amount of 15g for people under 60kg.

Indeed, 35g of SN if body weight is > 100kg.
