I have not had real contact with my loved ones for 7 years and I would not know what to tell them in my suicide note, except that I have loved them in the past. I don't even know if it is appropriate to say something to my online friends because I don't consider anyone my friends

First perhaps you need to figure out if its appropriate for you ... and by that I mean asking yourself if there is some comfort in it for you. And if there is comfort to be had then take it for yourself.
