Unsurprisingly, there has apparently been an increase in the use of VPN's in the UK- since the online safety act. I believe they are now hoping to try to prevent children from using them.
Firstly, I wonder how they are sure it is that many children using them. Secondly, I wonder what they're using them for. I suppose some could be using them to visit here. Although, I didn't think you could have a VPN running while registering.
Why aren't they more concerned that people and especially children feel the need to visit these restricted sites though? Isn't it a barometer that a lot of people aren't very happy?
Obviously, it won't be all to visit this site. But, maybe it will end the ridiculous assertion that children somehow happen upon these sorts of sites and get sucked in to the mentality. If people are going out their way to bypass security to access such sites- why aren't our governments questioning why there is such a need/ desire for them?
