as far as i know he is still having the regular 2 counts of abetting suicide in canada, the prosecution does not like to double down which is very bizarre

last i heard he denied his own bail (dumbass) and literally spoke about how "many have died" from SN and did nothing about self-incrimination and his rights, darwinian award for stupidest sn vendor

he basically dug his own grave but im still worried about if he will be charged for the max for both sentences (28 anns if he does) which would be a death sentence for him cuz of his age

i hope they do not add up the max for both and at worst give him the max for only one charge which is done if the crown can not prove that it was part of a crime spree

poor man is not even going to be able to get a good job after this, i have friends that were charged with indictable offenses (Canadian version of felonies) which abetting suicide is a prime indictable offence and they cant get a job cuz places keep on rejecting them

i hope at least his lawyer is good

Of course, it's always some parent, suddenly awakened from a coma, who has previously missed all the warning signs and alarm bells, now looking to forward to someone else, anybody else, his own feelings of guilt and failure.

Yeah, blame it on the internet, the ammunition producers, online friends... hey, blame it on the Russians, just not him and his wife.
Just not him and his Sally, Mary or Amanda...

"We need to be more sensitive around the risks that people like Tom have in society through their ability to find information online that is unchallenged."

Yes, you and Molly need to be more sensitive... while your children are still alive, hurting and begging for help.
But once the line of no return is crossed, then be grateful to people who help your children pass away with dignity and without pain.
Your children choose to die. Your sweethearts. And no amount of redistribution of blame and guilt will ever change that.
