Hi,
I would kindly like to ask for advice. Anybody knows if its possible to disconnect the mail address in old android Samsung phone. I tried to turn it off, but its always there, always reminding me new mail. the thing is I have all the information on CTB, all the research on that mail. I do not wish anybody to gain access to it after i potentially pass out, so that they will not go around saying make this stuff illegal or smth.
Is there a way to disconnect the mail from the phone, or its required to have some mail sign while you use the device.
(sorry if its stupid question, I dont really know whats going on in the world of technology for some years now)
Thank you for any input :)

If it's an older Android (like 4 or so) then you can go to Settings -> Backup and Reset -> Reset Phone. This will erase everything on it.

If you only want to delete the mail account, you should be able to go to Apps -> Email -> Then go into the menu/settings and remove the mail account from there. I forget exactly how to do it but it's something along those lines. You don't need an active email account to use the phone, you can delete it no problem.
