Trying to get ideas

I'm trying to find a reliable source of a substance in the USA that will help me that isn't fentanyl/opioids I want SN but apparently it's no longer available any ideas? (I thought helium would be a good idea but after reading through this site helium is apparently a bad idea)

I want to end things because I'm tired of feeling like a failure and always being wrong about things. I can barely be an adult and will never have more than a minimum wage job. What are ways to end things quickly and peacefully, preferably that I can hide from a spouse that works from home?
