Trying (not) to kill yourself in the UK halfway house/supported accommodation system?

Any tips other than looking for the nearest woodland and looking for a suitable branch of a tree to hang oneself and give up on this absurd life? Cos it's sure as hell not easy doing it within the accommodation itself.
