hi guys

can anyone tell me about how successful the SN method is and what compilcations can arise? What should i expect and how smooth the process will be?

I want to do this in a quiet parkinglot in my car (cuz i dont know where else to go) will it be more or less a safe place and how long will this take? So i can get my time management right
