Tried to hang myself with the rope from my bathrobe. My neck ached, but I was unable to hang myself. Advice?

It was a full suspension hanging attempt. Any tips/advice on how to hang yourself properly.

If it was fully suspension, how were you able to free yourself from the noose?

I don't really have much advice sorry. I would say if anything try and go for partial suspension as people say that it's better. As for myself, I've tried many times to pass out via hanging and it just seems so hard to get right. Best of luck to you!
