Method Tried OTC Pills? What works?

Self explanatory...what otc pills are best?

Got intensely sick for a few days straight after trying to do big self science with pills (some sort of tylenol can't quite remember), wouldnt personally recommend doing it that way, especially if you're in a country where surviving means an expensive trip to the hospital.

I've tried tylenol, sleeping pills and ibuprofen. Closest I came, or atleast the ones that fucked me up the most, where the sleeping pills.

The only OTC med I od'd on was a sleeping pill (doxylamine). It wasn't much fun and obviously didn't work. Wouldn't recommend it.
