Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

oh my god. so ever since i was about 13 i've had this urge to pull out my hair… it started with eyebrows and then eyelashes but any body hair will do now. i hate it so much. eyelashes are the worst because they're very visible and if you pull too many it hurts to blink… other areas are less visible but i still find myself doing it until it hurts. i don't even consciously realise i'm doing it until it's too late sometimes, so i don't know how to stop. i fidget a lot with clothing labels and the like which helps but i still haven't found anything to fully replace the habit. when i was younger my mum would make me put vaseline on my eyelashes so i wouldn't pull them but then i would just go to other areas. or pick at my skin/scabs or bite my nails… i think a lot of it is needing to always have something to do with my hands. has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it?

I think maybe getting a fidget toy might help or maybe just keeping ur hands busy
I relate to this a lot, I used to pull my eyebrows all the time, at one point half of it was missing, not sure what changed but I find myself doing it less often now. I remember learning card tricks to keep my hands busy (and it was fun) and that definitely helped but yeah, fidgets are probably the best option, seems like your trichotillomania is really severe tho, maybe some form of behavioral therapy might help? if that's an option you can pursue, good luck, I hope it gets better for u <3

yeah maybe! i just need to get in the habit of having a fidget around i suppose… i'm hopefully going to therapy soon so i might bring it up. it's the least of my issues technically, probably stemming from the worse ones, but probably something to take into account.
