If you would still like to donate, you still can. We have more than enough funds to cover operating expenses for quite a while, so don't worry about donating if you aren't able. If you want to donate something other than what is listed, you can contact RainAndSadness.

Death will be instantaneous. However, this assumes that you do not somehow get dragged along the tracks prior to expiring.

How can I ensure that doesn't happen?
It's scary really but it's just one of my options. The better one since I can't seem to be able to get heroinThose tons of steel at full speed will mess you up good in a couple of seconds, but it's super scary.

Nanoseconds if you keep still. This is also my method and a bit of a f**k you to the society that let me down.I am considering this method. How fast will I die?
How fast will I die
10 seconds without circulating oxygenated blood
[Consciousness is] probably lost within 2–3 seconds.
within 3–4 seconds
electrical activity in the brain has been demonstrated to persist for 13 to 14 seconds following decapitation (although it is disputed as to whether such activity implies that pain is perceived),
over a period of 10 seconds that have been linked to nociception across a number of different species of animals, including rats.
So there's no real concensus, and 3 s vs. 10 s is already a big difference.
Also to consider is they used a sharp knife to decapitate the animals, unlike suicide where your head prolly be ripped off.
Scares me shitless, I also consider decapitation (but with long drop hanging).
Some anecdotes suggest more extended persistence of human consciousness after decapitation,[16] but most doctors consider this unlikely and consider such accounts to be misapprehensions of reflexive twitching rather than deliberate movement, since deprivation of oxygen must cause nearly immediate coma and death ("[Consciousness is] probably lost within 2–3 seconds, due to a rapid fall of intracranial perfusion of blood").[17]
So please consider other, peaceful options. Do you want to feel your body and brain painfully turned into Haribo jellies?
Heroin for a last party? Don't forget to invite me.

You make a good point.I mean it would most likely work almost instantly but maybe you should think about the train conductor and the people who have to clean up the mess. I mean no suicide is a beautiful sight to see but I'd hate for a innocent train driver to think it was his fault even though it clearly wasn't, but you never know what goes through someone's mind when they literally watch someone ctb right in front of them.
I live in South Africa, don't know how I would get ahold of SNSo please consider other, peaceful options. Do you want to feel your body and brain painfully turned into Haribo jellies?

As long as it doesn't take hours. I think it's okayRather than going to multiple resources which include anecdotal accounts of observations and may or may not be accurate (google "is death by decapitation instant"), I copied the relevant portion of the Wikipedia entry and left the links to references in the quoted text. There is of course a much broader selection of information available in the same kind of search, including scientific.
Physiology of death by decapitation
Decapitation is quickly fatal to humans and most animals. Unconsciousness occurs within 10 seconds without circulating oxygenated blood (brain ischemia). Cell death and irreversible brain damage occurs after 3–6 minutes with no oxygen, due to excitotoxicity.
A laboratory study testing for humane methods of euthanasia in awake animals used EEG monitoring to measure the time duration following decapitation for rats to become fully unconscious, unable to perceive distress and pain. It was estimated that this point was reached within 3–4 seconds, correlating closely with results found in other studies on rodents (2.7 seconds, and 3–6 seconds).[18][19][20] The same study also suggested that the massive wave which can be recorded by EEG monitoring approximately one minute after decapitation ultimately reflects brain death. Other studies indicate that electrical activity in the brain has been demonstrated to persist for 13 to 14 seconds following decapitation (although it is disputed as to whether such activity implies that pain is perceived),[21] and a 2010 study reported that decapitation of rats generated responses in EEG indices over a period of 10 seconds that have been linked to nociception across a number of different species of animals, including rats.[22]
that's actually funnyive seen pics of decapitation by train. i was impressed with the clean cut. more than once ive thought bout puttin my head in the tracks. i can just picture someone picking up my ugly ass head by my hair and throwing it in the trash.
I have seen a video too. It seemed pretty clean I must admitive seen pics of decapitation by train. i was impressed with the clean cut. more than once ive thought bout puttin my head in the tracks. i can just picture someone picking up my ugly ass head by my hair and throwing it in the trash.
All u gotta do is lay your head and neck on the rails been considering this too.
