Out of all the hundreds of thousands of years of human history, you were chosen to be born in this particular time to a particular predetermined set of parents, and in a particular place.

Once you are gone, you will never be reborn.

Life as a whole for other living beings will continue.

Why did consciousness arise to create you and only at this particular time? Why not someone else? Why not you at a different time?
