I personally don't like it
It wasn't even that peaceful when I tried it
(it cuts your skin)

I'm wondering why it would be mentioned in the Five Last Acts If it wasn't a good method? Maybe the type of ligature you are using is what's causing it to cut your skin.

shoelace and pen
it s in the photo last page (tourniquet thread, not the knots bag one)
the censored face is me
you have to turn it for 1 minute or something if your neck is thin
to get the feeling ofbpassing out

you're supposed to use something bigger than a peb, that was a yest

your h3ad should sit on the rod after you pass out
