I am way too attached to my own ego and it kind of grosses me out. I hate how part of my SI is giving me too much self importance. I am not the "main character" and I am so tired of it.

Shadow work seems to be based in Carl Jung's work (or at least it tries to be), so it's likely bullshit. It is something that is mainly being promoted by TikTok self-help gurus, so I don't think that we should be recommending it.
