Help To antacid or not to antiacid

I'm seeing complete opposite explanations about the effects of antiacid with sn.

I've already bought mine, so idk if it's a case of I might as well use it since I have it or it will actually work better without?

Oh ok thank you, I was leaning more towards Stan's guide but I didn't know if it was not recommended as opposed to just not necessary
