I do not know the answer. I will never stop thinking about ctb until I die. In my case, thoughts of suicide can be comforting and it is the only thing that makes sense for me. I just want to escape from this miserable existence. I know what it is like to be tired of living. I am only still here because ctb is so difficult. I'm sorry you are suffering so much. I wish you the best in whatever happens.

you cannot stop without knowing why you want to do it in the first place. There might be multiple reasons, but the core reason is what's driving the ctb thoughts. To stop, you need to find a permanent solution to your core reason.
