U could have some random shit in it that doesn't do anything at all so it would lessen your chances

i know all about the sale of illegal street drugs!!! what i meant was, are dealers in the US selling pure fentanyl. I'm uk and didn't think you could get it like that, haven't even seen it on the dark web

Wear your dirtiest torn ass shit, walk around where the tents are in your town, scratching every now and again, and ask anyone that looks like a crust punk, or houseless person "dya know where to get any dark? I really really need to get well"
or if they already know you because you've lived around them and gotten the spicy flonase like 3 times publicly like me the'll likely point you the way of the person who will get you more with a "welcome back" just depends on if you're looking for really clean shit i guess

A substance testing positive for F doesn't immediately make it lethal...

Or my tolerance to opiates is WAY higher than I thought.
