When you slide the exit bag from your forehead to your neck, and say, like me you have a big nose, is there a trick for preventing oxygen from getting into the bag at this stage?
No big nose here but I still share the same concerns as you. It's annoying that the successful people, well... obviously can't tell us what worked for them.
When you slide the exit bag from your forehead to your neck, and say, like me you have a big nose, is there a trick for preventing oxygen from getting into the bag at this stage?
If the bag is first placed around the forehead and then fully inflated as per the recommended procedure, when the bag is pulled down over the head, the head will displace its volume of inert gas from the bag, and the resulting outflow of gas will prevent any fresh air from entering.
