Timings after ctb?

I'm trying to work something out and Google is not helping me much.

I'm planning - and pretty soon - to ctb by SN. It'll be in my room in my flat at home, with no window open because it's currently bloody cold here.

I'm trying to work out how many days I should wait to send my timed emails, via Boomerang, letting family and friends know what I've done. I'd like it to be before neighbours notice any smell (I've got one set of neighbours adjacent and another set on the floor below.) I know I'll be gone (hopefully) so shouldn't give a damn, but well, it's just one of those things. I want to leave enough of a pause just in case something goes wrong - seriously, already having nightmares about emails going out if something goes wrong and I don't manage to ctb.

Thanks all. Think I'm going to go for somewhere in between. Not as long as 2 weeks, because I do fear that my corpse might begin to smell by then, but not as little as 24 hours in case something does go wrong. Think I'm aiming for 5 days.
