The guide says 50ml Isn't it very little?
I got caffeine aspirin and paracetamol both 500mg which one is better?
Should I sit or lie down?
Just need to wait a little more

You can use water between 50-100ml but keep the water low as possible

Use paracetamol

Lay down on the right side, if you vomit take the second glass of sn so keep the second glass sn mix ready
