I don't know about any suicides with sodium sulfite but all I know is that sulfites can cause some adverse effects on some tissues and sulfites can be a cause of asthma and allergy symptoms that can range from mild wheezing to potentially life-threatening anaphylactic reactions. Probably not the best method. It also causes causes gastric mucosal cell death by inducing oxidative stress which would be painful as well. Try to get something else, please.
