Help Thoughts on Ritalin for CTB?

Hey y'all, I've been thinking on and off about CBT for a while now, but majority of methods are not available; SN is too difficult to get in my country to consider for now, Full or Partial Hanging can't work because of my ceiling and so on.

Ive been perscribed short acting Ritalin (10mg per pill) and can probably get more, is there any success in downing the pills to CTB? How would it even feel like?
