Thoughts of suicide

Been having anxiety for all the time for 3 weeks now, when it goes away I feel at peace than something worse happens like the next day...I really believe it's better if I die but the thought of what will happen after me scares me

I imagine it must be tiring what you have to go through, it's cruel to me how existing can easily get worse. But anyway I wish you the best.
