I didn't get them from my Dr aside from the Valium which my doctor gave to me after my sister died two weeks ago.

Be sure to take Dramamine on an empty stomach, give the Dramamine, which has a sedating effect, an hour to work and wash the drugs down with alcohol, make sure you're alone and have several uninterrupted hours.

I don't want anyone to kill themselves. I hope everyone can find their way out of the darkness and anguish.

But sometimes just knowing that you have the option is comforting.

If their plan to end their life has been well thought out and this is truly what they want I hope they find the peace and healing in death that they could not find in life.
