It says something about 75% concentration. It should be 98%+,
But I'm not sure it's 75%. Can you check it somewhere in the bag?

Oral Type of value: LD50 Species: rat Value: 180 mg/kg they have mentioned LD50 which is about right for the rat so i guess its good enough

Dunno, the link Roberto shared says it's for industrial use. Sodium nitrite is also used as an anti-corrosion agent for metals etc.
