This shit hurts

I just tried partial to prepare myself for full. This method hurts and is extremely uncomfortable. I thought my head would get dizzy and I would pass out in like 10 seconds, instead it started hurting a lot and I got the exploding head feeling. I placed my knot above adams apple like people have been saying here... What did I do wrong. Did I not apply enough pressure?

I've tried partial before and never got to the point of passing out — we're doing something wrong, you need to find that famous 'sweet spot' everyone's talking about. Some people say it can change depending on if you want to go for partial or full, but I can't really help you there, I've been struggling too.

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to try it again in a few more hours once my parents leave the house. People have said that you need to lean into it with your full body weight.

Yeah, this shit is scary and painful. I tried putting in all of my weight, but all I got was ringing ears and exploding head feeling. I truly feel like SN is the only good method or jumping from a very high place so that it's instant. With SN it also seems so peaceful.

Does anyone else know what I'm doing wrong?
