Unless they are very advanced souls or extremely evil souls, they will reincarnate. Suicides, however, suffer a very tragic fate.
So what happens to us when we die often depends on how we die but generally - for a period of up to 3 days we go through a review where we view our life backwards. During this time, our astral and spirit bodies are still somewhat connected to the physical body via the etheric body. It is best to avoid cremation, embalming during this time.
Then the etheric imprints on your astral body following the review your "karma" and your etheric detaches from your physical and astral body and starts to dissolve back into the cosmic ether.
After that, you start Kama Loka, which is a "purging" or purification process, what the Christians call purgatory.
This lasts about 1/3 of how long you lived. During this time your soul is purified of negative karma - if you are an extremely evil person far more evil than say even Nestle, then your astral body may not have anything to redeem and you would not reincarnate but instead, your spirit would return to Chaos to await a new epoch.
Most of us just reincarnate. If we are really advanced, we no longer reincarnate and instead, work from the astral world to advance humanity.
A suicide is different. When we see a suicide with clairvoyant vision, it is truly sad - immediately after, the astral body and spirit are trying to "flee" back into the astral world to start Kama Loka.
The etheric is still WAY TOO STRONG and so it keeps your astral body and spirit tied to the physical body and in extreme cases, we see the etheric trying desperately to put the physical body back together.
After a while, the astral body and spirit take control of the etheric body and they wonder around feeling completely hollow until the "clock" runs out. Basically we all have some set time we are going to live - which can be increased or decrease somewhat based on one's ability to tap into etheric substances (the force that gives life to the material world). After the time runs out the etheric body dissolves enough for the astral body to be released and begin Kama Loka.
But here's the kicker - the review is completely missed with most suicides, so NO KARMA lessons are imprinted on the astral body - you literally "learn nothing" from this life and so suicides are generally destined to forego Kama Loka and reincarnate very quickly ALMOST INTO IDENTICAL CIRCUMSTANCES to restart what they should have learned in this life.*"
