I think the psych meant what's the trigger that causes you to feel like you want to die. It'd be something(s) that take you from bad to end of days within 30 minutes.

I've been suicidal 24/7 for the past year.

Same autism as ruin my life , the only thing that help a little is some benzo but yeah if autism had a cure i would not be on this site lol
