I have been having an internal debate on choice groupings. Choice. Life. Death.
When is an even hand a bridge too far ?
If Life could understand/know what we do,
would it have a valid place within this or any similar arena with respect to mission ?
With respect.
With compassion.
With humility.
With acceptance, difficult as that will be.

Personally, I don't think so but, it's the question in my head.
Not getting it out compounds my madness.

I would very much appreciate (not required) composed thoughtful responses.
Honesty has to be a must.

I am pro-choice.
I am a biased observer.
I struggle with being an honest participant.

A friend pointed out that the OP comes off as being a moral play.
I want to clarify, Is it worth it,accounting for the initial question, to "reach across the aisle" or,
is it doomed a effort ? If i encounter a pro-lifer in a pm let's say, do i engage or shut it down ?
What is the wise course?

I'm concerned that with my foolish habit of reflexively extending an open hand, i may inadvertently do harm to the site by attempting to reason with pro-lifers.

It's in my nature, no matter how many times i am regularly slapped away, which admittedly makes me a moron, but i can't help it.

I'm not saying i don't slap back, maybe that's more to the point of my concern.
I guess i'm asking for some sort of guide from those who have experienced encounters with pro-life people.
The signs the manipulations, the playbook basically.
In anyone's estimation, can they be brought around to understand, the why of us and this place?
It all centers around something i've said before.
This place is actually keeping me alive.
I'll extend that to : until my promise is fulfilled and i can go.
