If I knew, I would tell you in a heartbeat. All I do when I'm in a panic attack is have a mug of coffee, close the curtains, put some music on the radio and try to sit it out.
That won't make it stop how you feel, but it's all I do.

you sound like you're panicking, please calm down first. deep breaths, in and out.
listen to some music with headphones if you got those. otherwise, distract yourself.
read, draw, daydream, watch a movie you really like, anything. you got this, your main problem right now is that you're not calm.
please, just try doing these things.

One technique that helps for me is just focusing on my breathing. And then I try to visualise a candle in front of me.
During my my breath in, it slightly flickers. It gets more calm as I hold for a sec. And as I breath out it flickers a lot, sometimes it almost goes out.
And I just keep repeating that over and over.

Sometimes it helps a lot, and I can drone out the sounds around me. Other times, it just gives me something to focus on to help little bit in a shitty situation.

i already self harmed i truly just cant take it anymore

You can escape from yourself if you want, you just have to imagine is light, light and lighter and that you can fly, and let your mind be what he wants to be, even if it changes again and again. Believe in that, as strong as you believed fantastic things when you were a child. You don't need to feel happy or unhappy or something else, just do that and try to believe that some people in the world are connected to you, I'am connected to you, I understand your sufferings and I send you big comfort, other people here are connected to you, just accept to feel it and to believe it. Don't refuse and please, don't be cruel with yourself. Let the "magic" rebirth in your heart, slowly.

The best thing I can tell you to do is lie down and daydream about something nice and calm. Maybe about a sunny, quiet place with you just enjoying the atmosphere?

I feel like you're trying to make matters worse for yourself, without even realising it.
Do you have any headphones to listen to music with? If you don't, you could maybe also try listening to music just like that? I hope that could maybe help you atleast a little bit
