If so, what body part did you improve and how? If you're considering it, what, how and why?

I am currently considering getting fillers for my chin and jaw, and possibly cheek bones. I have a consultation next week but am worried.

The whole stigma around plastic surgery is that the people who get it are never happy and end up going too far, but a lot of people who undergo it report feeling better about themselves and the body part they had worked on.

I'd like breast augmentation, possibly facial procedures, and permanent body hair removal. I want to be prettier and happy with myself.

But I don't think I'll ever be able to afford any of it :( I don't look too much into what's possible because of that. I don't want to get too excited about treatment that's out of reach for me.

Any procedure is scary to me and I worry about the long term effects, years down the line. But if it makes my 30s better, is it so bad if I suffer for it in my 40s, since for me I see CTB as a way out?

I also considered laser eye surgery in the past but never did have a consultation back when I could afford it. I look better with glasses so I was okay with not pursuing it

I'll never have money for that. But I would get fillers when I get wrinkles. And I would get bigger boobs lol. And I would get rid of love handles.
But some people become addicted to plastic surgery and can't stop. I think the safest way to do it is to enhance your features a bit.

I would have liked to have a jaw surgery back in high school and my early 20s. Also a nose job, and eye surgery to change my eye shaping.

Definitely permanent hair removal in some part of my body...

Other than that, I'm still learning to love myself naturally and to love my non-sky slope nose lol. But if I could, I definitely get rid of buccal fat. It's not much of an issue on my face but this could be improved ^^.

I'm definitely considering buccal fat removal.

I'll either go with that or chin+jaw fillers (depending on which is cheaper).

Unfortunately it won't make me attractive since I still have shit skin, an uneven facial structure and stuff, but its a big start. I still have baby cheeks even when I'm 30 pounds underweight unfortunately.

I'd start with getting my male genitals removed, not because I'm trans or anything, just because I find them a pain in the arse. I'd also have my excess skin removed. Maybe my nose fixed so it works properly.

In the last 12 months I've had laser eye surgery, permanent laser hair removal on my neck and face. I also had a mole removed. I also went and had 7 tattoos.
I think i was trying to change my appearance in the hope other people might see me differently.

Sliding genioplasty, cheek-bone implants, rhinoplasty, botox for gummy smile + veneers, fox eye thread lift.

I'd look normal then, which I would be happy with. I don't want perfection, I just want to feel that I fit in.

Only my nose. It's a bit off center/have a deviated septum. Other than that I think I look fine.

I wish I could make myself look like the attractive guys you see on TV and in movies. That will make me never feel sad again. But I doubt it's possible with current technology, and even if it were possible it would be super expensive and require constant maintenance. I could get some simple fixes, but I don't think they are effective enough to make me attractive enough to be loved. Also I would like to get leg stretching surgery, but it takes too much time and money and there are risks of permanent disability.

I had gynecomastia (removal of male breasts) a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, the surgery was botched and I ended up with huge scarring and without them actually managing to remove the excess fat.

I feel you, mate. I wish so badly that I had been born with better genes.

I got otoplasty, which is ear surgery. My ears stuck out a lot, and they cut the cartilage off and pinned them back. I love them now.

All I've had so far is breast augmentation, but there are so many more procedures needed to fix my body.

I'll be very honest here. I would go to Turkey and have male enhancement surgery. But only if I had plenty of disposable income, but let's face it, that's never going to happen.
