The method plastic bag and sleeping pills is recommended by Jessica Duber in the book Self-determined Dying Method "Plastic bag and sleeping pills". What you need: antiemetic, sleeping pills, elastic bands and a large plastic bag of the size 150 x 100 cm. If the plastic bag is sufficiently large, the sleeping pills that have been taken before the bag was pulled over the head will have sufficient time to take effect. With a large bag you will be in deep sleep as oxygen runs out.

You can try again if you fail. Plastic bag over head or tape mouth and nose - which of these methods are better - or a combination of the methods? Maybe the method will fail if you use drugs, but maybe you do not dare if you do not use drugs. Can this be done without sleeping pills: duct tape over mouth, two plastic bags over the head, one handcuff around the wrist, tie the plastic bag with shoelace or elastic band around the neck, the other handcuff around the other wrist behind the back and lie down on a bed or a sofa. It will be a painful death process with hyperventilation and high pulse, but only a few minutes until you faint. Other people have died in this way - so it must be possible to implement.

They must have been suffering so much to have the fortitude to CTB like that 
It must have been really painful and distressing, but they knew that there would be relief in the end. I wish I could have given them all hugs.
