I appreciate you. The only realistic method right now would be to be hit by a train, or household toxins, neither of which are particularly ideal

I don't see why you think it's comical. Because IG isn't on the list? it certainly should be, but that doesn't negate the rest of the list. I know you'd put IG at the very top of the list. Anyway, I only posted it for the OP to get an idea of different methods available.

Cyanide is poisoning, as is ingestion of household toxins, as well as overdose of illegal, prescription, and non-prescription drugs.

I understand the struggle to die, it really can be so incredibly awful feeling trapped in this hellish world. We all deserve the options of peaceful and reliable methods and we shouldn't have to stay here a second longer than we wish to. I certainly hate the fact how it's this difficult to die, and I really envy those who have already left this world.

Well, I'm not sure N should be on any list anymore, as it's impossible to get. Fentanyl is pretty hard to get, too, unless you have street connections, which a lot of people don't. I put DDMP right up there with N, as most people have no access to those drugs. I agree IG should be in the list, but it takes quite a bit to setup (for a novice) and the complexity is a turn-off for many, as some on SS have interjected. When all is said and done, it doesn't get more reliable than a shotgun blast through the mouth.

Hi, i would suggest trying partial hanging.. i tried it with a soft robe belt and quickly almost fainted if i was more commited back then could be a success..

I tried partial hanging one of these days and it's now my main method, even though I have SN. It is kinda scarier, but I enjoyed the feeling of almost passing out. I think I felt peace.

The "list" is arbitrary...surely we can all think of at least 10 methods that aren't on the "list" and furthermore, the thousands (at least) of people who have departed this hellacious existence from SN would laugh at this list.

Probably some of the older stuff. Some of the older household chemicals are actually collectible and can be found at flea markets and the life. I know some of the older rat poison containers are highly collectible by some.

I guess there is a partial hanging megathread, will study how to do it and practice
but worry bcuz im not good at executing things, following instructions generally and very clumsy, feel so stupid that i can't even do ctbing effectively

What was the material of the robe belt? Did you use a slip knot?
