It's a method that was supposedly taught to a Korean spy called Black Venus for him to be able to kill himself with only his fingers. It is being added to the handbook because it could be useful for people who are in such circumstances that they cannot get supplies for better methods.

I read it. Now, I'm not trying to be insulting or demeaning in any way, but it looks like it would be extremely difficult unless you are Bruce Lee, James Bond, or Jackie Chan.

It's not really using only your fingers-- they just make reference to one guy who supposedly could do that.
Really it is the night night method with some unique materials.
I actually don't get why they are recommending this but not also adding a whole chapter on partial. it's the same idea.

Because this is sexier, therefore equaling more intrigue and appeal, therefore more money?
