I find it ironic that as vulnerable as we are as human beings, it is a lot harder to die by ones own hand as it is to die accidentally. I mean, look at all the ways people die so easily and unexpectedly every single day. One would think that since its so easy to die, it would be even easier to do it to oneself purposely, but no, it isn't. It is like some kind of cruel cosmic joke that the universe plays on us.

Love your words, as they so similar to what I have been thinking and pondering for many years. They say life and our essence in the human body is fragile yet some folks pass away easily and others not. Regards suicide, its almost impossible. I suppose with this there are many things holding us back in our subconscious and conscious when doing this, SI is high. It would be high also when dying by others means, but maybe there is a big difference in how it works, regards dying without it being anything to do with us v taking our lives. Perhaps its true we are destined to 'go' when its our time, not before.................who knows.............certainly not me who ponders such things a fair bit over the years.
