Thing is, we all end up there one day, no choice, no option, the only thing we can decide is whether we take that path sooner, or whether we let nature take its course.
Death is natural, yet everyone fears no longer existing, its part of our life cycle, there is no answer, all we can do is live with our own beliefs if any, and take each fucking day as it comes

I'm super curious about what happens after death. Like you said, nobody can know for sure. It could even be different for each of us.

Try not to obsess over it. If the idea of not existing anymore freaks you out, it will be just like before you existed. You've already not existed for a very long time. The time you exist is like a drop in the ocean. Not existing is what we all have the most experience in. Life is what gives me anxiety, not death. I imagine this life will just be a forgotten experience. I do belive in something after death, but it's a question you cant answer while among the living.

Each one of us has a different feeling about it I guess.

For me, the idea of non-existence is what makes me euphoric. I would like very much to be erased not only of this world but also everything that governs reality.

Thing is, with being born, you are unaware of what was before you, unaware of what is ahead of you, as a newborn baby you are simply blank,
As a older person, who has experienced life, you are aware of what has been, you are aware of what could be ahead, you are born a blank canvas, you go on the path to death so very aware of what ifs, what can be's, missed chances, memories, regrets, love, hate, and so much more.

Death like birth, is unknown, but unlike birth, death has a history.

Even though i think of different beliefs of what can happen, at the point of not existing, i know the end will occur. I've contemplated what happens after multiple times. Some are good ending, some aren't. I can't really change the outcome of what will happen. Unless i'm believing in some sort of after life or reincarnation. Then maybe my actions can influence those outcomes.
I would like to believe our energy is released and is absorbed into the cosmos.
Only time will tell.

What about quantum physics?
Quantum physics doesn't really answer much of this matter. Like it's like studying gravity to find what happens in death.

Quantum physics mostly just answers the fundamental workings of the universe. Like there is a lot of unknown, and it might prove we are in a simulation or something like that. But it hasn't yet.

Nice video. Something I notice is when they answered the point of going on when it will all end anyways is some poetic thing of a cycle. It doesn't actually answer the question. And then it even says you play apart of that cycle. That's like someone saying some leaf 300 miles away on a random tree plays apart of my sleep/wake cycle. In reality if that leaf is or isn't there, I still wake up and go to sleep.

I get very anxious when ever I get this tough of what happens after death and stufff....I mean no one really have an answer for it ... everything is so meaningless I feel...even this life

There is a few ways of looking at this.

Lets look at it from the lens of everything is going to end anyways, and this is it. Well, what is the point?
Lets look at it from a religious view. There is something more, and depending on how you live your life now will change the after.

IMO it's best the play it safe, and not go out robbing stores. But at the same time, I wouldn't be bible thumping. I say just assume something after will happen. I suggest watching the last bit of this video to help explain my point. Because until you die, you won't know. And if religion is wrong, then there is no real lost. But at the same time, the opposite is true about the opposite.

And since you can't control, find out, or whatever without dying. And when you die you can't come back. It's just best to assume whatever that makes you happy since worrying won't change anything in this case. And to help you assume whatever, as I was trying to point out with the video. Until you die or facts come out, all answers are and aren't correct at the same time. So just pick one that makes you happy.

I believe in great afterlife for all (yes, to my enemies too) and that this life is a learning experience. I cannot stop believing in afterlife after my nde's. And since millions have seen the same things.

But even I am convinced of wonderfull afterlife to all ( million times better than best life on earth) I cannot stop dreaming of nothingness, complete oblivion too. It is so beautyfull. They both are equally good in my mind.

Anyways death never affects us. While we live death can't touch/affect us and when we are dead it won't touch/affect us either. :)

9 months before you were born, and hundreds of years before that as well, you did not exist. When you die, you will no longer exist.

Have you ever watched The OA on Netflix (about NDEs) - it is a beautiful show

I think it is a bit different because before you were born no one knew you. After you die, you sort of live on for a while in people's memories of you. Eventually they die too and then you are forgotten.

First of all, WHO are you? Think about it. it's very hard to answer this question. I can't say who I'm, but I can say that I'm not this body. When I die, my soul or spirit will continue to exists.

Someone here commented about quantum physics, but even classical physics agrees that energy can't be destroyed, so, to where your brain's energy will go?

Yes, I love that show. Though it got too sci-fi in season 2.

The thing about nde's is that it is so much more real than this life. If I was told this life or my nde was unreal I would bet everything that this life is unreal.

In my nde I actually thought that this life was just a dream which made me so happy to be awake and to know that nobody was missing me in earth. Then I remembered that this was my real element 100% perfect, happy entity who knew and could do anything. That earth dream (I had happiest life on earth) was like really bad nightmare then compared to that. I also remembered that I was going to home where all my loved ones were.
I felt maybe 10% of all that while dieing and desided I wanted to die (I thought that the peace and happiness was outwordly so it must continue after death) and wished that I hadn't went to living room all blue since my dad may drive on time to hospital and I could be saved. All I was thinking on the way to hospital and there was please let me die. I hoped they would know I want to die and let me die or that they were too late to revive me. I cried when I woke up in hospital alive next day and was homesick and wanted to go back.
That was so amazing that dieing became my biggest dream. I was kid, happiest kid, before that. I was and I am 100% sure that was my home, not here in earth.
I tried to go back then some years later.

Anyways now that I know I will die fast or slowly, I had enjoyed life on earth first time after my early childhood. I mean the pain and everything is there and more but now I get so happy just lying on the sun in snow or grass or looking at the stars.
