2 x 400mg (800mg) Ibuprofen 1 hour before SN drink (painkiller)
Prepare 2 glasses of SN mixture with 20g in 50ml water each
3 X 10mg (30mg) Metoclopramide 45 minutes before (anti-emetic)
2 x 4mg (8mg) Ondansetron 45 minutes before (anti-emetic)
6 x 150mg (300mg Ranitidine 45 minutes before (antacid)
10 x 40mg (400mg) Propranolol 45 minutes before (beta-blocker)
2 x 40mg (80mg) Esomeprazole 45 minutes before (proton pump inhibitor)
Around 2mg lorazepam 20 minutes before (sleeping pill)
SN drink
Small piece of chocolate or something sweet afterwards for the bad taste

I did the 48 hour ant-emetic regimen. Missed a few dosage on time but conituned with dosing as soon as possible. Last dosage was 2 hours ago. I think in 30 minutes to 1 hour I'll start 2 hour water fasting.

I've changed SN dosage from 25g to 20g and I'll probably be taking 1/2mg lorazepam 20-30 minutes before the drink (not sure)

Now in 5 more minutes or so maybe I'll take 1/2mg lorazepam

I'll be switching from laptop to my phone in a little bit.
After all of those pills, my mouth tastes weird. I almost vomited from taking like 20 pills in 2 go.

Ok smoking maybe a bad idea, it just gave me gag reflex and I almost never get that.

Switching to my phone now
6 more minutes to go, I'm going to try and take it like a shot. Imagine it as a ultra salty drink. Gosh I can't get the smile off my face. I'm really happy
Just took the drink. It wasn't as horrible as I've expected for it to be
Now my head feels heavy already
Some strange feeling in eyes and ears

Just to add to my last comment, thank you for documenting your CTB. I know you won't see this if you were successful but for future members that do this, I am grateful because you do this to help others in your last minutes/hours/days. It's amazing for anyone to do this. I hope I can too when the time comes.

I wish I had left you a message before you drank the SN but I never know what to say. I will try better next time. I am crying while I write this
