Method Testing SN

I was thinking about using the SN method. I have already received it and according to the seller, it should be over 96% pure (although I'm not sure whether I can trust this or not). As I do not want to risk failing on the big day and as has been pointed out in previous threads, I felt like it would be best to test my SN before actually taking it for real. So my question is: do any of you know how to test it? And how do I know if it's fine? Obviously I don't want to die upon testing it, but I also want to make sure that it works fine when I'm 'ready to go.'

you can do a blood test but i typically suggest the aquarium test however its a little more difficult to do

Could you elaborate a bit more what you mean with 'blood test' and 'aquarium test'? I literally don't have any experience with these kind of things at all ...

with a blood test, i assume most people cut themselves but i did have a conversation about buying some fresh blood from a butcher. the idea is the blood will turn brown i believe if its good. and this would be the aquarium test
