Terminal Diagnosis Question

Over Ten years ago, had a wisdom teeth surgery that still affects me to this day.

Been able to work for maybe 2 years of the last 10.

There's no way to prove medically what happened, but was curious if there are any methods of legal loopholes of getting a "Terminal Diagnosis" ?
