Tent and bbq

So having not been able to successfully hang myself due to overwhelming SI and inability to kick the bucket so to speak I've decided that this method is my go to. I've looked and I've seen suggestions that disposable bbqs aren't good… I'm wondering why? I've ordered a tent that is wind proof and water proof, some strong black gorilla duct tape for to seal any airways and then I was going to get 2 disposable bbqs. Will this be suffice and if not why? Need to order the bbqs soon so any help would be appreciated.
