To book a cheap hotel for a couple of days, to I can attempt partial hanging without been disturbed(do not disturb sign) ive looked at pictures and found a possible anchor point over the bathroom door, but im not entirely sure its worth it. I kinda want to but at the same time it sets off my anxiety just going somewhere new

Hey brother, having a couple of days to yourself, doing your own thing in privacy without the 'real world' getting in your face sounds like bliss, even without the partial practice.
I'm sorry it sets off your anxiety, I don't know how to square that, but I hope you can find some way forward.
