Help Temporary exit from life

Any ideas with regards to how to step out of life for about a week. Bearing in mind that I am still sectioned but now have a few hours unescorted leave a day giving me me a window of opportunity x

No, I ment I way to sleep for a week but wake up with no side effects or organ damage. Unescorted means that I can go home for a few hours on my own.

Ahhhhhh...not sure about that...is there anything else u can do for a wk to "escape"??
I'm planning on reading a book to keep my mind occupied this wk since I took this semester off...
