I like hot chai too as far as blend/flavor,got some caffeine(not as much as coffee) though so Im trying to avoid it.I've drank tea for so long. I don't like coffee. Oh I just remembered another one of my favorites. I love chai.

I like kind of floral and fruity teas too but I also like the strong teas. I like the spicy taste to chai (not saying it's spicy but saying it has a lot of spice to it like cloves and stuff)Chai got a little pepper taste to it..I like that.
My rose hip and hibiscus has a little tart taste,like faint cranberry juice..Like that too.
And yeah,anxiety is a bitch.
Benzos might be a good idea..

Doesn't it taste like a campfire?I've never heard of that before? Did a quick google on it and sounds interesting. Not sure if i can get that around here or not though.

I'm American but I still Love tea. Coffee is just coffee to me but tea has so many different types for each and every mood you're in
