talking on audio

I read somewhere there was a discord group
I don't know if there's such thing as group audio chats for SS?
I don't even have discord atm I'd have to create a new account
I actually have really bad anxiety and am awful at talking with strangers on audio and probably wouldn't be able to actually say much at all
I'm just so unbearably lonely atm I'm just working then spending my evenings lying in the dark crying basically I thought it might help a tiny bit to actually be able to hear people talking or just talk to someone but idk I'd probably just be a crying mess
