Moderation is lax to say the least, they are probably depressed , apathetic and considering dying, if you think about where we are. I remember when I joined there was more, though.

If you're on mobile, on your notifications bar on the left side of your screen, you can open a ticket via the drop down menu and your message will be sent to all of the mods, better chance of reaching someone since they come from different timezones and some are more active on the site than others.
