Help Taking SN this week... Need some final help

If anything is wrong here please let me know... Measurements timings etc?

First I will take 600mg ibuprofen
15mins later I will take Prochlorperazine 3x10mg?
15 mins after that I will take antacid... I need to get antacids.... Any recommendations? How do I know which is the right kind of antacid... Stans guide mentions not ppi ones or something? Is something like gaviscon OK?

This is where I'm confused a little bit.... I have propanolol 28 x 40mg tablets....
Can I take before SN? Or I should just dissolve them in the SN water?
Its recommended to take 800mg of propanolol so should just take the whole box then I guess?

hello. I took or propranolol an hour before taking sn, since it is to prevent tachycardia and anxiety.Hope this helps
