Is 100g enough? Will it be ok to take if I don't have all the other drugs? Also I'm coming off an antipsychotic - will that hinder things?

100g is good, as it affords you several backup solutions as well.

What's the antipsychotic you're on? It might serve as the dopamine blocker you need as an antiemitic.
